The Last Expedition

Made for the 10-day GameDev.tv Jam 2024

Quick note: In a recent build I've run into a snag that causes some issues in the latter half of the game. Chances are after you've collected the Scooter and Speargun, you won't be able to progress to the final showdown. Though feel free to explore (maybe find the grotto!). I'll look at getting the final showdown working again after some rest.

Overview

Following a disastrous storm that has left your underwater research team in shambles, the surrounding marine life has become increasingly aggressive. Seek out your equipment and use your surroundings if you hope to survive!

• Explore the sea bed for spear guns and underwater vehicles to help defend against a vicious group of sharks.
• Hide in sea weed or use fish bait to gain an advantage against your hunters
• Grow and collect plants to heal your wounds
• Unravel the mystery behind the violence that surrounds you!
