Made some big fixes here, folks.

• Enemies that block the camera will now become transparent
• Updated the Growth animation to slow down and include sound effect
• Adjusted the start so the player can get rolling
• Game now starts without enemies, once you grow one size up, enemies appear
• Added text for intro guidance
• Other bits and pieces
